My Prodigy Cube has stopped working. The unit was purchased in April 2011, and has worked for 40 hours. Now, when connecting to the computer, the 'USB Link' light goes on for a few seconds and then turns off. (I have tried it on two computers and it happens on both.) Windows message box notifies that the USB device connected is faulty. [it says: "USB device not recognized. One of the USB devices connected to this computer has malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it..."]
What is procedure for repair or replacement of the unit under warranty?
