Hi
I have a problem with my product. Yesterday, when I unplugged headphones from my Maya and plugged 2.0 speakers I hadn't any sound from it. I plugged speakers and headphones to my integra sound card everything was working good. Few minutes later I tried to use Audiotrak again and this time it worked but very quiet. I also can't control volume level from my pc in Windows and Linux also. I can only control sound by buttons on speakers. Is that means minijack is broken? That's my first issue. I use it since past year.

Hello.

You need to confirm that the USB hub port power share with other devices in Device Manager.
When sharing the power with other devices, it may not work normally.

It outputs the headphones and speakers at the same time when playing.
So you need to check the speaker output of the U5.
