Maya U5 - cracking sound in moviesDeveloper: Marek Views: 11991
Hello everyone,
in allmost all movies played from my hard drive I hear no proper sound but a cracking noise instead. It is only in movies that I have this issue, everything else sounds perfectly well (mp3, youtube, etc.). I attached a few seconds of this sound (recorded) that I'm referring to.
Please help me with solving this issue.

First of all - thanks for quick response!
I believe it is the U5 that has a problem, because those movies work fine whenever I disable U5 and use standard laptop sound card (sorry I didn't put this information in my original post).
However, I've tried the KM Player and the problem is solved! So it must be something in Windows Media Player, AllPlayer and Best Player (I used those before) that makes U5 not fully compatible...
Nevertheless, I don't mind using KM player, so the problem is solved as far as I am concerned.

We suspect your problem is Codec and Filter you are using.
Please try to initialize a settings in the software you are using or use a KM Player.
