Can't install Prodigy HD2 driversDeveloper: Strider Views: 13289
Hello,
I've been using Prodigy HD2 for a long time (and love it), but recently I've been experiencing major problems with it - ever since the most recent Vista updates the drivers I've been using are causing constant crashes and BSODs, forcing me to uninstall them.
I've been using the old drivers, found on the CD that came with my card.
Sadly I can't use the drivers found on this site : http://audiotrack.net/en/index.php?mid=download&category=302
They just won't install - when I use the setup.exe provided with the drivers all I get is : Fail to Installed components :
Envy Family Audio Device Driver V5.70C
The only driver I can install is from here : http://download.esi-audio.com/?w=at&p=19&g=1&l=en
But it causes crashing too.
How can I install the new ones?
First of all, could you let us know a serial number?
Maybe did you change a firmware?
