 Maya U5 firmware issue

I had a problem with headphones output of my Maya U5 (something like anti-pop circuit didn't exactly work on this output) so i thought it wouldn't hurt to update firmware to release 10. Unfortunately problem remained and moreover Maya stopped working at my linux os. I know you don't support linux os so i wanted to ask if there is any way to downgrade a firmware or restore factory settings?


In Windows 8 it works fine. My laptop is Lenovo G580.

You can download the firmware file for Release F, if you click on the link below;

Please try to update them.

Im unable to update. Installation stuck at "Upgrading firmware, please wait".

Still no luck with upgrading. I tried on two different computers.

If firmware is not the case i'm going to research some more and i'll post if i manage to find something.

The reason is because voltage on USB terminal connected to the U5 is not enough.
When updating the firmware, you should have plenty of voltage, so you need to disconnect other USB devices.
Please try it.
By the way, even if you downgrade a firmware we think your problem will not be solved on Linux you are using.
