Product Name :	Maya U5
OS :	Windows 10 64bit

I've tried updating my Maya U5's firmware. Unfortunately, the update finished with an error. Now only Maya's red light is on but the OS doesn't even detect it (neither Windows 10 nor Mac OS).

Could you let us know your serial number first?
We can know whether you need to update the firmware by your serial number.

But if you have an error while updating firmware, you need to send it for repairs.
