Dr.Dac3 trouble after an x time crash and restart

for some months, after some time that I use my sound card (I have it since 2014 and I have never had any problems to date) the audio stops, if I am using spotify this emits an error message, if I am using youtube the video freezes and loads continuously. The audio restarts after disconnecting and hanging up or waiting. But also by changing settings in the properties tab of the sound card.

On another computer with the same setting it creates the same problem. I think there's some problem with the driver. What can you say to me? thank you

Hello.

 

Please try to do as follows;

 

Please check 'Disable all enhancements' in the 'Windows 10 Sound Control Panel - Audiotrak Dr.DAC3 - Properties - Enhancements' tap.

I just tried it. After 1 hours the same problem. unplugged the connector and reconnected, then the problem again after 20 minutes.

With everything. Youtube, spotify, vlc, but the worst is when I use Google Meet to have lessons. Peoples become fishes. And if you don't watch, you don't say if there's something talking or not.

I have some interesting news. When it happens with foobar2000 the error message is the following:

"Unrecoverable playback error: WASAPI playback thread terminated: Received event to fill buffer but IAudioClient::GetCurrentPadding reported the buffer stayed full during 1003 ms of retrying"
Well, It's a problem with some security update of windows?

If you are using the motherboard with intel chipset, please try to use an USB controller card with NEC D720201 main control chip.

the two computers that have detected problems are both notebooks. and both windows 10. but the problems are only there for a few months. can't you report it to windows or make a new driver? I have never heard a manufacturer ask to change the rest of the hardware.

sorry for my absence. I looked for the shipping costs and they are all very expensive, from Italy to Korea at least 50 euros. In the meantime I hoped for some windows bugs, but the 20H2 hasn't changed anything either. I also tried with another 15V 2A power supply, but nothing changes.
