I have some unusall type of issue with that sound card because I could not find any way to fix it throughout the whole internet.
Okay, so I bought that card from second hand, previous owner was 100% sure that is working perfectly fine on every single connection port. He was using Linux and I'm using the newest Windows 10, build 2004, updated somewhere near the beggining of 2021. I don't have any PC which is on older version or using Windows 7 but even if I don't want to get back to old Windows because of that card. Moving towards my problem. I install that card on my motherboard, tried all 3 slots
trying to fix my issue, and on all the problem occurs. Installed the drivers, firstly manually, then version 5.70 and also 5.60 all works the same, it installs fine, uninstalls fine. I did everything as said on forums, manual to the card. I also made that card the primary sound device, and turned the integrated one of in BIOS, updated my chipset and all motherboard drivers. Tried installing with admin permission in older windows compatibillity, just everything and its still the same.
Getting to the point and main issue.
My card just SCREAMS insanely loud, and i can't find where the problem lays. I play something on 1% of master volume of Windows, and idk for eg. Yotube also on 1% and its so loud that you can hear it from headphones in another room. I tried different headphones with high Ohms and low Ohms, and on some speakers.
The line in doesn't work totally, didn't try the RCA. I want to use it with Superlux HD669 and Yamaha Rn500 amplituner. Can somebody help me or somebody had the same problem? When i installed some equalizer, it got to normal level with threshold -80/100dB but the distortion got my ears bleeding.
